Introducing our Slow-Cooked Duck Confit or as I like to call it “Meat Candy”. Our Duck Confit consists of duck leg quarters marinated for 12 hours in a blend on natural herbs and seasonings and then slow cooked in its own fat for 5 hours. After its done, the meat is so tender it just falls off the bone and can be eaten with a spoon, literally. The meat is packaged in a container where it is preserved and locked in the fat which will stay fresh for 30 days. To serve, just take the leg quarters out of the fat and place in a skillet skin side down. Cook on medium heat for 6 minutes until the skin gets nice and crispy and candy-like then serve. You will impress your friends and family with this easy to do and amazingly delicious dinner that only takes 6 minutes to make.
